As a Backend Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the companys sales operations by managing inside sales activities, ensuring smooth order processing, and fostering strong customer relationships. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

Handle inside sales activities and engage with customers within the office.

Understand customer requirements, follow up on orders, and ensure smooth execution of purchase orders (POs).

Send quotations and manage follow-up communication with customers.

Coordinate with the dispatch team for timely product dispatches.

Collect billing details and ensure the process is smooth from order to delivery.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Graduate in Engineering/Science.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar sales role, preferably in a product-based or instrument-based organization.

Strong communication skills and the ability to manage customer inquiries and requirements effectively.

Candidates from Banashankari, Jayanagar, Basavanagudi, and nearby areas preferred.
