**Backend Sales (Associate/Executive)**

**Position Objective**:
As a Backend Sales Associate at TROVE, your role is crucial to supporting the frontline sales team in achieving seamless sales operations. You will manage the backend process of sales transactions, ensuring smooth coordination between clients, sales teams, and procurement department. **This position offers the potential to earn up to ₹50,000 per month**, based on performance and contributions to the team, and by contributing to client satisfaction and playing a key role in enhancing TROVE's sales efficiency and operational excellence. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be pivotal in ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and clients remain satisfied, driving the company’s growth forward.

**Responsibilities**:
**Create Quotation**: Quickly generate quotations using the software while the client is with the designer—be swift and accurate in execution.

**Negotiation**: Explain pricing to clients, helping them understand why the material costs as much as it does and clearly explain the cost breakdown of materials.

**Purchase Tracking and Dispatch Coordination**: Collaborate closely with the sales and procurement teams to ensure all client orders are accurately fulfilled and dispatched in time.

**Follow-up**: Maintain close follow-up with all relevant teams at every stage until all materials are delivered to the client.

**File Management**: Oversee and manage the quotation and order file from the initial enquiry stage to complete delivery.

**Feedback and Review**: Encourage all client to give feedback and ensure they review us on our social platform after every order is delivered.

**Project Documentation**: Gather photos and videos of completed projects and share them with the marketing department.

**Additional Preferences**:
1. Any educational background, but must be quick with numbers and calculations.

2. Strong negotiation skills; able to explain cost justifications effectively.

3. Go-getter attitude to learn and earn more.

4. Competency in computer skills.

5. Proficiency in English, along with Hindi or Kannada.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
