
Kitchen Dispatch Supervisor

**Job Summary**:
The Kitchen Dispatch Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the dispatching of food orders, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries, and maintaining overall efficiency in the dispatch area. This role involves coordinating with kitchen staff, delivery personnel, and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and coordinate kitchen dispatch operations, ensuring timely and accurate food preparation and delivery.
- Assign and monitor dispatch staff, ensuring they adhere to standard operating procedures and hygiene regulations.
- Work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless order flow and minimize delays.
- Maintain proper packaging, labeling, and portion control standards for all dispatched orders.
- Ensure all orders are checked for accuracy before dispatching.
- Monitor and manage inventory of packaging materials, dispatch supplies, and delivery equipment.
- Train and mentor dispatch staff on best practices and safety standards.
- Address any operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
- Keep detailed records of dispatched orders, delays, and customer feedback for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Fill and maintain daily checklists, reports needed and send it to the central team on a daily basis.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in a similar role in a fast-paced kitchen or food service environment.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Basic computer proficiency for order tracking and reporting.
- Problem-solving skills to address dispatch-related challenges effectively.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Hotel Management Graduate preferred
- Experience in managing delivery logistics and dispatch operations.
- Knowledge of POS and kitchen management software.
- Prior experience in the hospitality or food service industry.
**Work Environment**:
- Fast-paced kitchen and dispatch area.
- Requires standing for long periods and occasional lifting of supplies.
- Shift-based work, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
