**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation and Prospecting**:
- Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and digital marketing strategies.
- Qualify leads and prospects based on company criteria and sales objectives.
**Market Research and Analysis**:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and evaluate market trends.
- Analyze competitive landscape and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.
**Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Understand client needs and objectives; propose solutions that meet their requirements.
**Proposal Development and Presentation**:
- Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and sales contracts.
- Present proposals to prospective clients in a clear and persuasive manner.
**Negotiation and Closing**:
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet revenue targets.
- Handle objections and overcome challenges to secure new business opportunities.
**Collaboration and Strategy**:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation.
- Collaborate with senior management on strategic business planning and expansion initiatives.
**Reporting and Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in CRM system.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or relevant role.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
