Tgt English Teacher

**Key Responsibilities:1. Lesson Planning and Delivery**
- Prepare and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with the curriculum (CBSE, ICSE, IB, or state board).
- Teach topics such as grammar, vocabulary, writing skills, reading comprehension, and literary analysis.
- Use interactive teaching methods to make learning engaging, including role-playing, debates, and creative writing.

**2. Literature Instruction**
- Guide students through the study of prescribed literary texts, including prose, poetry, and drama.
- Encourage critical thinking and discussions on themes, characters, and literary techniques.
- Introduce students to a variety of genres to develop a deeper appreciation for literature.

**3. Student Assessment and Evaluation**
- Design and administer assignments, quizzes, tests, and projects to assess student progress.
- Provide constructive feedback to improve students’ writing and communication skills.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress reports.

**4. Classroom Management**
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Encourage participation in class discussions, group activities, and presentations.
- Establish and enforce clear classroom rules to ensure discipline and order.

**5. Language Development**
- Help students develop their spoken and written communication skills.
- Conduct activities such as elocution contests, storytelling sessions, and essay-writing competitions.
- Provide remedial support to students who struggle with language proficiency.

**6. Collaboration and Professional Development**
- Collaborate with other teachers to develop interdisciplinary lessons or activities.
- Stay updated on curriculum changes, teaching strategies, and new educational tools.
- Participate in training workshops, seminars, and school meetings to enhance teaching effectiveness.

**7. Parent and Community Engagement**
- Communicate with parents about student progress, strengths, and areas for improvement.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and school events to build a supportive community.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jamui, Bihar: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 2 years (preferred)
- total work: 5 years (preferred)
