**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Subject Instruction**:

- Teach Physics and Chemistry as per the prescribed curriculum (CBSE/ICSE/State Board).
- Encourage scientific thinking, problem-solving, and curiosity among students.
- **Curriculum Planning**:

- Prepare lesson plans, study material, lab experiments, and assessments in line with academic standards.
- Integrate interdisciplinary learning where appropriate.
- Ensure coverage of all syllabus topics and exam patterns.
- **Assessment & Evaluation**:

- Design and administer periodic tests, quizzes, lab reports, and assignments.
- Maintain accurate student records and analyze performance to identify learning gaps.
- Provide constructive feedback and guide students to improve academically.
- **Lab Management**:

- Conduct and supervise lab experiments safely and effectively.
- Ensure lab equipment is maintained, organized, and used responsibly.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Create a respectful and stimulating classroom environment.
- Maintain discipline and promote active participation.
- Use different teaching strategies to accommodate varied learning styles.
- **Parent & Staff Communication**:

- Regularly communicate with parents regarding student progress and behavior.
- Participate in staff meetings, academic planning, and professional development sessions.
- Collaborate with other teachers on integrated lesson planning and events.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jamui, Bihar: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
