**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Teaching and Curriculum Development**:

- Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with the school curriculum and educational standards.
- Teach Physics and Chemistry topics effectively using engaging and innovative methods.
- Conduct laboratory experiments to reinforce theoretical concepts.
- Encourage critical thinking, scientific inquiry, and problem-solving skills.
- Integrate modern technology and teaching methodologies into science lessons.

**Student Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Conduct regular assessments, quizzes, and examinations to evaluate student progress.
- Provide constructive feedback and assist students in improving their scientific knowledge and reasoning.
- Maintain accurate student records, including grades, attendance, and performance reports.

**Classroom Management**:

- Create an engaging and disciplined learning environment.
- Address behavioral issues effectively while fostering a positive and inclusive classroom culture.
- Encourage students to develop an interest in scientific research and innovation.

**Laboratory and Practical Work**:

- Plan and supervise lab activities to ensure student safety.
- Demonstrate proper handling of lab equipment and chemicals.
- Maintain and organize laboratory resources and inventory.

**Co-Curricular and Extra-Curricular Activities**:

- Organize science fairs, competitions, and exhibitions to promote scientific learning.
- Encourage students to participate in Olympiads, quizzes, and research projects.

**Parental and Administrative Communication**:

- Communicate with parents about student progress, strengths, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school administration to enhance the science curriculum.

**Professional Development**:

- Stay updated with new teaching methods, scientific advancements, and educational trends.
- Attend training sessions, workshops, and faculty meetings to enhance teaching effectiveness.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jamui, Bihar: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)
