**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver engaging and inquiry-based lessons in **DP Political Science**, following IB standards and assessment criteria.
- Encourage critical analysis, open-mindedness, and ethical understanding through active class discussions and student-led research.
- Design and evaluate internal assessments (IAs) and guide students through the Extended Essay process when applicable.
- Prepare students for external IB examinations, including developing strategies for Paper 1 and Paper 2.
- Maintain accurate student records, progress reports, and portfolios.
- Collaborate with the DP Coordinator and fellow faculty to align interdisciplinary teaching and learning practices.
- Participate in school events, CAS activities, and parent-teacher meetings as required.
- Stay updated with IB curriculum changes, participate in relevant workshops and professional development.

**Requirements**:

- Postgraduate degree in **Political Science** or a related field.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (preferred).
- Minimum **2-3 years** of experience teaching Political Science at the DP/IGCSE/A-Level or senior secondary level.
- Strong understanding of the **IB Diploma Programme** philosophy, curriculum, and assessment framework.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- IB Certification or willingness to undergo IB training (preferred).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
