**Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Education**: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing in the construction or industrial sector.
- **Sales Skills**: Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with experience in B2B sales.
- **Marketing Skills**: Experience with digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present confidently and persuasively.
- **Customer-focused**: Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Understanding of scaffolding or construction-related products is an advantage.
- **Software Proficiency**: Knowledge of MS Office Suite, digital marketing tools.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
