**Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive - Field Marketing**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct field visits to generate leads and close sales
- Promote products/services in assigned territory through direct marketing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, or end-customers
- Execute field marketing campaigns, product demos, and promotional activities
- Collect feedback from the market and relay it to the internal team
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Track and report on performance, leads, and competitor activity
- Educate potential clients about product benefits and features
- Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, and operations teams for smooth execution

**Requirements**:

- 10+2 or Graduate in any stream (Marketing background preferred)
- 1+ years of experience in sales/field marketing (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented personality
- Knowledge of local geography and market trends
- Basic reporting and documentation skills
