Hiring for **Deputy General Manager - Infra and Security Manager**

About the role:
Owns the delivery and operation of all IT infrastructure services for the organization including hosting, cloud, networking and all Windows Server core technology services. Responsible for information security standards and technical controls.

Develop, deliver, and continually improve on the organization’s infrastructure strategy in support of current and future business needs. Deliver IT Infrastructure projects successfully, ensuring delivery within agreed timescales, scope and budget. Support Portfolio projects with solution design expertise and delivery of infrastructure services where required. Maintain services to meet agreed availability and performance targets.

**Job Description**:
Infrastructure Management
- Continuously optimize IT Infrastructure taking account of technological improvements and new design patterns with cloud technologies.
- Implement best practice for infrastructure design, support and operational running of on-premises and cloud environments.
- Lead on the development of standards for hardware, software, and information security in the APM IT environment.
- Support Business Continuity Plans with well-architected disaster recovery solutions that meet agreed RPO and RTO times.
- Work with multiple 3rd parties, developers, and hosting providers, to ensure secure, resilient and scalable hosting environments.
- Work with IT stakeholders from JV’s parent company to align with their strategy where possible.

Information Security
- Maintain the IT Security Policies in collaboration with internal IT teams and IT stakeholders from JV’s parent company.
- Ensure cloud infrastructure and on-premise setup conform to agreed security and compliance policies.
- Ensure technical controls are implemented to support data protection policies.
- Schedule and manage frequent penetration tests.

Performance and Quality
- Develop, measure and monitor IT system availability and performance standards to agreed levels.
- Demonstrate and test disaster recovery plans and ensure systems perform to agreed RPO and RTO recovery times.
- Infrastructure projects completed to cost, quality, and time objectives.
- Ensure Infrastructure budgets are adhered to, and expenditure is optimized and reduced with particular focus on SaaS, hosting and cloud service costs.

Compliance

Ensure that a server-side patching, anti-virus, DLP and system updates are in place and provide management reporting to demonstrate compliance.

Ideal Profile:
**Qualifications**:

- B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA in Computer science with 8 to 12 years of experience in IT infrastructure delivery.
- Microsoft Azure certified (Azure Administrator Associate / Azure Solutions Architect / Azure Security Engineer)
- ITIL qualified to minimum Foundation level.
- Any Cyber Security certification

Experience
- 8+ years’ experience in a related role
- Strong information security background
- Infrastructure strategy, design and decision making.
- Designing and managing virtual infrastructure on public cloud
- Minimum 4 years’ experience managing Azure infrastructure services, including WVD
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in Azure AD and Microsoft Teams
- Managing, implementing, and supporting on premise infrastructure, including servers, networking equipment, data, storage devices, UPS
- Cloud and local backup solutions
- Excellent DNS and DHCP experience
- Project management

Hands-on knowledge
- Firewall, switch, and router hands-on configuration
- VPN configuration
- Microsoft Windows Server and desktop enterprise/cloud hosting to an advanced level
- Active Directory to an advanced level
- Office 365, Share-point, Once Drive and Power Platform.
- Keeps abreast of technological innovation and advises on implications to the team and wider organization.
