**Reports To**: Manager - Warehouse Solution

**Overall Role Purpose**:
To analyze multi-faceted information and design cost-effective, operationally feasible logistics and warehousing solutions that meet customer requirements. Additionally, to support the operations team in re-engineering existing processes or setups to maintain cost competitiveness.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand customer supply chain requirements through coordination with customers and business development teams.
- Analyze and design logistics and warehousing solutions for new business opportunities and operational improvements.
- Collect, evaluate, and interpret data related to logistics and warehousing operations.
- Use software tools (e.g., modeling/simulation/AutoCAD) to develop and assess potential solution options.
- Prepare detailed solution proposals and present them to internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead consultancy projects and provide expert guidance on complex solution designs.
- Collaborate with operations, line managers, and business development teams to validate and refine proposed solutions.
- Document all solution-related learnings to contribute to internal knowledge management.
- Encourage and implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
- Ensure all proposed solutions meet internal standards, customer expectations, and required approvals.
- Provide administrative and analytical support to the solutions and business development teams.
- Generate monthly reports for development team reviews.
- Maintain databases of relevant property, equipment, cost, and project-related data.
- Travel to client sites and project locations to support design and implementation as needed.

**Required Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of warehousing, logistics, and overall supply chain management
- Proficiency in process modeling, simulation, and AutoCAD tools
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability
- Understanding of process flow diagrams, time and motion studies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Commercial acumen and customer-focused mindset
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive
- Adaptable, innovative, and collaborative team player
- Energetic, detail-oriented, and persistent in achieving outcomes

**Educational Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (Engineering preferred)
- Master's degree in a relevant field is an added advantage

**Experience Required**:

- 2-3 years of experience in logistics solution design and/or
- At least 1 year of experience in logistics operations management (warehousing or transportation)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
