**Key Responsibilities**

We’re looking for a UX Designer with 1-3 years offull-time experience. This role is suited for someone who thrives on solving user problems through thoughtful research, wireframing, and rapid prototyping. If you're confidentin your communication and presentation skills, can manage multiple projects, and are eagerto grow in a structured design environment, you’ll fit right in.
- Conduct user research and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Develop wireframes, user flows, Information Architecture (IA), and prototypes to communicate design concepts.
- Participate in key stages ofthe UX design process, including task analysis, user journeys, usability testing, and design validation.
- Work across multiple projects simultaneously with strong time management.
- Present design solutions clearly to internalteams and Clients.
- Collaborate closely with UI designers, developers, and product managers.
- Contribute to building scalable, user-centred experiences backed by design thinking.
- Job Requirements
- 1-3 years offull-time UX design experience (internships and freelance work will not be
considered)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Hands-on experience with UX research, wireframing, IA, and rapid prototyping
- Solid understanding of design principles and user-centered methodologies
- Exposure to 1-2 real-time projects with measurable outcomes
- Ability to manage feedback constructively and iterate quickly
- Familiarity with tools like Figma, Miro, or similar
