We are looking for a talented **UI/UX Designer** with **1-3 years of experience** to join our dynamic startup team. As a **UI/UX Designer**, you will play a key role in shaping our product’s user experience, collaborating with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to design sleek, user-friendly interfaces. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a **fast-paced startup environment** and is eager to take ownership of their work.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design wireframes, prototypes, and UI mockups that enhance user experience and engagement.
- Conduct user research, gather feedback, and translate insights into design solutions.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure seamless UI implementation.
- Create intuitive user flows and design interactions that improve usability.
- Maintain and enhance the design system to ensure consistency across the product.
- Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
- Iterate designs based on user testing and feedback.

**Requirements**:

- **1-3 years** of experience in **UI/UX design**.
- **Bachelor’s degree** in **UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field**.
- Proficiency in **Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools**.
- Strong understanding of **user-centered design principles**.
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts (a plus but not mandatory).
- Experience conducting **user research and usability testing**.
- Ability to work independently in a **startup environment** and adapt to fast-paced changes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
