**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outlet Visits**: Perform daily visits to franchise outlets to ensure compliance with operational standards and company policies.
- **SOP Monitoring**: Monitor and enforce adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all franchise locations.
- **Auditing**: Conduct regular audits to assess operational efficiency, quality, and compliance.
- **Problem Solving**: Identify and resolve operational issues and challenges faced by franchisees.
- **Training**: Provide on-site training and support to franchisees to improve their operational practices and performance.
- **Reporting**: Document findings, prepare reports on outlet performance, and recommend improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- Required bachelor's degree in business administration, Hospitality management or diploma in relevant field.
- Proven experience inoperations or field management role, preferably within the franchise or FMCG industry.
- Ability to travel frequently to different franchise locations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
