Position: AGM / DGM- MEP

Location: Noida

Experience into Residential/ High Rise / Commercial is Must.
- Execution in charge for PHE, Firefighting, HVAC, lift, STP & WTP, Swimming pool system.
- Managing projects from concept design through design development, tender stage to the complete installation, testing & commissioning and handover to estate management.
- Doing value engineering for the MEP work
- **Estimated the budgetary cost **for HVAC, Fire protection & detection system, lift & plumbing system
- Experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Fire protection and detection, STP & WTP, Swimming pool services Design & Calculation for Residential & commercial project.
- Preparation of **Heat Load calculation and check the consultant design **for HVAC system
- Airflow calculation for proper Ducting design.
- Preparation of **Traffic Analysis **for passenger lifts.
- Co-ordinated with consultant to **finalize the DBR & Drawing **for HVAC, Fire protection & detection system, lift & plumbing system, STP & WTP ,Swimming pool etc.
- Preparation of BOQ & BOM ,Technical Specification for HVAC, Fire protection & detection system, lift & plumbing system, STP & WTP ,Swimming pool etc.
- Reviewing /Scrutinizing all HVAC, Plumbing & Fire protection designs / drawings including coordination with other services / disciplines as required.
- Responsible for completion of all services tender documents which includes GCC, SCC, Technical Specifications and BOQ.
- Responsible for Technical & commercial Bid Evaluation
- Water demand calculations and Water supply pumping system, drainage sizing calculations, selection of major equipment’s like Pumps, valves and pipes. etc.
- Study the Work Order, BOQ, Technical specification, GCC & SCC, Approved make list and work method statement for the assigned jobs.
- Study the DBR, SLD and GFC drawing for respective jobs.
- Preparation of shop drawing and taking approval from client.
- Prepared Quantity estimation report as per BOQ and drawing.
- List down Major activity as per project milestone then prepare WBS for each activity as per project schedule.
- Timely approval of VENDOR’S Shop drawings & Factory testing of major equipment’s.
- Review the Vendor & contractor submittal
- Prepare Material requisition plan for Purchase Order as per project schedule.
- Prepare work progress report and follow-up with contractor to match the project time schedule
- Factory inspection for incoming material before delivery to site.
- Documentation for internal and external Audi.
- Documented all test done at site for election work.
- Prepare JMR (Joint Measurement record) for contractor billing).
- Finalize the as built drawing
- Handing over of services works to Estate management with documentation.
