**Job Description: Sales Representative**

As a Sales Representative at Daftar Decor, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our interior designing services for offices. Your primary responsibility is to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships while consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Acquisition**: Identify and target potential clients seeking office interior design solutions. Develop effective strategies to acquire new business and expand our client base.
- **Consultative Selling**: Understand client needs and offer tailored interior design solutions. Provide expert advice on space planning, furniture selection, and decor elements to align with clients' aesthetic and functional requirements.
- **Relationship Building**: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, architects, and key industry influencers. Ensure client satisfaction and loyalty through excellent communication and service.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay abreast of the latest trends in interior design and Daftar Decor's offerings. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our services to clients.
- **Proposal Development**: Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and quotes. Collaborate with the design team to create innovative and customized solutions that meet client expectations.
- **Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, track progress against targets, and provide regular reports to the management team.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments. Provide valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the interior design or related industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of office design trends and a passion for creating aesthetically pleasing and functional workspaces.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
