Key Responsibilities:

- Utilize Adobe Photoshop and CorelDRAW to design and create various print materials, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, posters, banners, business cards, packaging, and signage.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and develop creative concepts that align with their branding and marketing objectives.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, printing specifications, and industry standards for color accuracy, resolution, and file formats.
- Work closely with printers and production teams to prepare print-ready files and oversee the printing process to ensure optimal quality and consistency.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, software updates, and printing technologies to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with colleagues including other designers, sales teams, and project managers to brainstorm ideas, provide creative input, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, colleagues, and vendors throughout the design and production process.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with expertise in Adobe Photoshop and CorelDRAW.
- Strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in Photoshop and CorelDRAW, with examples of print design projects and illustrations.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in the printing industry or a related field.
- Familiarity with other graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator and InDesign.
- Knowledge of prepress and production processes for optimizing print quality.
- Experience with digital printing, offset printing, and large-format printing technologies

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
