**Responsibilities**:

- **Design for Print**: Create visually engaging designs for print materials, including brochures, flyers, business cards, posters, catalogs, banners, signage, packaging, and other printed collateral.
- **Prepress Preparation**: Prepare and proof files for print production, ensuring all technical specifications are met (e.g., CMYK color mode, resolution, bleed, trim, and crop marks). Work closely with print vendors to ensure smooth production processes.
- **Branding & Layout**: Maintain brand consistency across all print designs, adhering to established brand guidelines and ensuring that the visual identity is applied correctly across various print formats.
- **Collaborative Design**: Work with marketing, sales, and product teams to create print-ready designs that effectively communicate brand messages, product features, or promotional content.
- **Artwork Optimization**: Ensure that designs are optimized for print quality, adjusting for color profiles, resolution, and file formats to ensure high-quality final output.
- **Proofing & Quality Control**: Review and approve proofs before final production to guarantee that designs meet client expectations and technical requirements. Correct any issues related to color, font, layout, or resolution.
- **File Management**: Organize and manage digital assets, ensuring that all design files are properly archived and easily accessible for future use.
- **Project Management**: Handle multiple print design projects at once, ensuring that each one is completed on time and within budget.
- **Industry Trends**: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in print design, new technologies, and printing techniques to ensure that your designs are both innovative and effective.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **Graphic Designer**, specifically with **print design** and print production.
- Strong proficiency in **CorelDRAW**, **Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools related to print production.
- Solid understanding of **prepress** processes, including knowledge of color modes (CMYK), file types (CDR,PDF, TIFF, EPS), and print-ready file specifications.
- Knowledge of **print production** techniques, paper types, finishes, and binding methods.
- Experience in designing various print materials such as **brochures**, **flyers**, **posters**, **catalogs**, **banners**, and other promotional materials.
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams and vendors.
- A **degree** in **Graphic Design**, **Visual Arts**, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
