**Job Title: Graphic Designer**

**Summary**:
We are seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our growing team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content that supports our marketing and branding efforts. You will work closely with the Marketing team to develop and implement a design strategy that aligns with our overall marketing plan.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and create visually appealing and engaging graphic design materials, including print and digital designs, such as brochures, flyers, social media graphics, website banners, etc.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and implement a design strategy that aligns with our overall marketing plan.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and best practices.
- Proficient in graphic design software, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in graphic design.
- Proven track record of creating high-quality and effective design materials.
- Strong understanding of design principles and techniques.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite software.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Creative and innovative thinker with a strong eye for detail.
