**Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and create visually engaging designs for various mediums including digital and print such as logos, brochures, banners, social media graphics, presentations, and more.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts based on the creative briefs and project specifications.
- Ensure consistency in branding and adherence to brand guidelines across all designs.
- Incorporate feedback and revisions from stakeholders to refine designs and achieve desired outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design to continuously improve skills and techniques.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
- Work closely with printers and other vendors to ensure the quality of printed materials.
- Occasionally assist with other design-related tasks such as photo editing, illustrations, and website design.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphics Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and professional design work
- At least 3 years of experience is required for this post.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as CorelDRAW
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
