We are looking for a highly skilled Graphic Designer with expertise in packaging design and a strong understanding of social media content creation to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop packaging concepts and artwork for FMCG brands, ensuring designs are visually appealing and on-brand.
- Create product labels, boxes, and other packaging materials that align with industry standards and client expectations.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to understand brand objectives and ensure the designs meet product specifications and brand guidelines.
- Produce high-quality graphics for social media platforms, including images, banners, and ads, while adhering to brand aesthetics.
- Create compelling video content and motion graphics for social media and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the creative team to maintain consistency across all design work, ensuring that packaging designs reflect the company’s overall creative vision.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Stay updated on design trends, techniques, and software to continually improve and innovate design processes.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Graphic Designer, with a focus on FMCG packaging design.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
- Strong portfolio showcasing packaging design projects, social media content, and video editing work.
- Knowledge of design for print and digital media, with a focus on branding, layout, typography, and color theory.
- Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), including designing visuals for posts, stories, and ads.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects with varying deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with teams effectively.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with 3D packaging design or mockups.
- Understanding of print production processes.
- Knowledge of current design trends, especially in packaging and digital media for FMCG brands.
- Ability to contribute ideas to enhance brand strategy and design direction.
