**Job Title: Complaint Associate**

**Responsibilities**:

- Investigate issues raised by customers and provide clear, actionable solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as necessary to ensure satisfaction.

**Experience & Qualification required**:

- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 1to 2 years of experience in customer service or complaint handling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to remain calm and empathetic in stressful situations with a customer-centric mindset.

**Location**:Vidyavihar/ Andheri
**Working days**: 6 days working

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

Work Location: In person
