**Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency**)**

**Must-Have**

1) Managing Voice infrastructure for multiple customers, which includes CUCM, CUC, UCCX, Cisco Voice CME router and Voice Gateways.

2) Knowledge of Voice Protocol Suites SIP, SCCP, MGCP, and H.323.

Experience on UCCX in managing scripts, agent creation, skill creation and reporting

handler and updating greeting and holiday schedule

5) Configuration of new PRI lines, FXO lines, BRI lines and SIP lines by

coordinating with different Telco/Service Providers for offnet/ WAN

related issues and with Cisco TAC for escalated issues

6) Participate in or lead complex Collaboration infrastructure (CMS,

TMS, Expressway C/E, CUCM, Voice Gateways, etc.)

design/implementation and migration, performance engineering or

problem resolution projects

7) Knowledge on Ribbon and Audiocode SBCs

8) Work with other technology teams like network, server, storage, O/S,

virtualization to solve complex, cross-functional issues

9) Provide operational documentation for Telephony Systems

10) Flexibility to work in shifts for 24x7 support

11) Create the Standard Operating Procedure and update the KB

documentation whenever required.

12) Participate in daily scrum calls, weekly/ monthly/ customer meeting

and provide activities report.

13) Excellent listening skills & ability to communicate clearly and fluently

in English
