**Discover the Role**
- In this role perform basic admin duties, deliver individual projects, provide research that supports team projects, programs, BAU while also aligning to educational/career goals._

**Key Responsibilities**
- _Conduct research and draft solutions for review._
- _ Support any appropriate administrative delivery for projects or programs._
- _ Tasks are performed on a day-to-day basis, with periodic review and guidance from line manager or senior team stakeholder._

**Key Requirements**
- _Adheres to the values of TMF Group in all interactions, both internal and external._
- _ Shows awareness of who their stakeholders are and their business needs._
- _ Responds promptly to client requests and whenever possible within agreed timelines._
- _ Follows through on agreements and expectations to stakeholders and team, keeping them updated as appropriate._
- _ Understand the impact of poor service and confident to escalate issues when needed._
- _ Graduate or post-graduate student with focus on Adult Learning Theory and Design, or other business-aligned studies._
