Local Unit & Position Description:
DNV's Maritime Academy provides one of the broadest portfolios of training courses for the maritime industry. Our clients include shipping companies, we are able to exploit best practices and offer you a comprehensive training program.

**Major Duties**
- Performing administrative support to the unit: Preparation of all the necessary items for the training programme.
- Provide support to facilitate live online and physical training course to ensure smooth running of programme.
- Maintaining records in internal systems.
- Handling LMS enrollments.
- Addition of feedback in Questback.
- Uploading CIP (Comprehensive Inspection Plan) reports of the DG site.

Position Qualifications:

- At least diploma qualification/ Any Bacherlor's Degree or Pursuing is fine, preferably in Marine technology, Oceanology, Nautical Science.
- Meticulous, excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Basic Knowledge of MS-Office.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good team Player.
- Must be observant and quick learner.
