1. Promote and Establish our Brand in your designated region, which involves giving product briefing to the Schools, Teachers, and Sales Executive on everyday basis.

2. Solely responsible for generating new ideas and analytical skills in new verticals for the promotion and growth of our business activities so that the organization shall achieve the desired result as expected from you.

3. You will be assigned a certain target that involves Revenue Generation.

4. Be creative & innovative to incorporate and implement the provided educational aids and activities materials.

5. Mandatory to carry all activity materials and teaching aids at all times.

6. Required to build a strong relationship with the schools and make them feel your presence at all-time representing Rachna Sagar Pvt. Ltd.

7. Give training to Sales Executives in your region in the form of (Subject Knowledge, Product Briefing etc.) as and when required. Also strongly coordinate with all Sales Team members of your region.

9. Tie up with the organizations who conduct sponsorship events for the promotion of our brand and organization.

10. Any other point which comes under your profile will be told to you as the time comes.

**Requirements and Skills**
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Thorough understanding of sales and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
- Must have a Laptop
- MBA / Graduate in any stream.
- Willing to Travel extensively across Delhi/NCR and outstation too.

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
