**Educational Qualification**: MBA (Marketing).

**Experience** Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience as a marketing associate or similar role

**Salary** 40 to 50 k (depending upon experience)
- MBA experienced with an ability to work in a competitive educational Environment.
- Must have a personal laptop.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills are required to promote company’s learning management system (LMS).
- A self-starter with a go-getter attitude.
- Should be a good Team Player with positive energy.
- Willing to Travel extensively across Delhi/NCR and outstation also.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience as a marketing associate or similar role.

**Profile**

1. You would be required to give a product briefing to the schools, teachers, in Delhi and later on to other states of India to promote “**Swa-Adhyayan**”- Hybrid adaptive digital learning platform.

2. Product briefing will involve making a power point presentation, training to teachers if required. This will be done on a regular basis, i.e. daily you have to visit schools.

3. You would be required to work as Product Associate to promote and establish our Brand. You would be required to carry out all the activities related to that.

4. You will give training to Sales persons in your region in the form of (Subject Knowledge, Product Briefing etc.) as and when required.

7. You will be required to formulate any kind of event for the promotion of the product and the company.

8. You will be required to handle exhibitions and book fairs.

9. You need to strongly coordinate with all Sales Team members.

10. You will be solely responsible for generating new ideas and analytical skills in new verticals for the promotion and growth of our business activities so that the organization shall achieve the desired result as expected from you.

11. You also need to tie up with the organizations who conduct sponsorship events for the promotion, name and fame of our organization.

12. You will be responsible to tie up with the e-commerce sites for growth and promotion

13. Present promote and sell service /products using solid arguments or existing and prospective customer.

14. achieve agreed upon sales targets and outermost within schedule

15. Any other point which comes under your profile will be told to you as the time comes.

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Delhi, Delhi - 110002, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
