**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes, including appetizers, main courses, breads, and desserts.
- Develop and design menus that showcase traditional and innovative Indian recipes.
- Maintain the authenticity and quality of Indian cuisine while adhering to health and safety standards.
- Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure consistency and quality in food preparation.
- Source, monitor, and manage inventory of Indian spices and ingredients.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients and supplies.
- Experiment with new recipes and culinary techniques to enhance the menu offerings.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Indian Chef or in a similar role.
- Expertise in a wide range of Indian cooking techniques and styles.
- Knowledge of traditional and modern Indian spices and ingredients.
- Ability to manage kitchen operations and maintain high-quality food standards.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
- Strong leadership skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred but not mandatory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
