Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook traditional Indian dishes, including curries, biryanis, and tandoori items
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
- Ensure high-quality food presentation and taste
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
- Collaborate with senior chefs and kitchen staff
- Assist in inventory management and stock control
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 1-2years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in Indian cuisine
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and Indian spices
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards
- Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts preferred
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
