**About the Role**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic **Sales & Social Media Intern** to support our sales activities and help grow our brand presence online. This role will involve engaging with potential customers on platforms like WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook, following up on leads, and assisting with general office sales coordination tasks. It’s a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and client communication within the electrical manufacturing industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle sales inquiries and leads from WhatsApp, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain communication records.
- Assist in creating and posting product updates, offers, and promotions on social media.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely lead handling.
- Help with preparing quotations, basic reports, and data entry.
- Support marketing campaigns and customer engagement activities.

**Requirements**:

- Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp Business, Facebook).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn sales and marketing processes.
- Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.
- Students or fresh graduates welcome to apply.
