**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for sales coordination related to Material Handling Equipment.
- Assist in managing and responding to sales inquiries, providing technical details, and preparing quotations.
- Support the sales team with pre-sales and post-sales activities, ensuring smooth communication with clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure accurate technical documentation is prepared and provided to clients.
- Coordinate with logistics and operations to ensure timely order processing and delivery schedules.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, tenders, and contracts.
- Maintain and update sales records and reports in CRM systems.
- Track leads, follow up on quotations, and ensure timely closure of sales.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- 2-4 years of experience in sales coordination or a techno-commercial role, preferably in the Material Handling Equipment industry.
- Familiarity with technical specifications and commercial processes.

**Skills**:

- Strong technical understanding of Material Handling Equipment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.

Pay: ₹11,748.87 - ₹31,399.16 per month
