**Core Responsibilities**

**1. Incoming Material & Vendor Inspections**:

- Conduct inspections for Class A, B, and C items and prepare reports.
- Arrange inward material test reports job-wise and hand over for customer submission.
- Perform vendor site inspections and document findings.

**2. In-Process & Final Product Inspections**:

- Conduct in-process inspections at all manufacturing stages and update job cards.
- Verify the final product against customer-approved drawings and coordinate job crediting.
- Maintain rating plates job-wise and allocate upon testing completion.

**3. Testing & Calibration**:

- Perform and coordinate final product testing, including test connections and register updates.
- Conduct tests on stage failures and customer returns, coordinating root-cause analysis.
- Verify and monitor the calibration status of test instruments in QA and production areas.

**4. Customer Coordination & Compliance**:

- Arrange and facilitate customer inspections for final transformers.
- Maintain ISO 9001 records and ensure adherence to internal procedures.
- Maintain hygiene and order in the QA area to ensure a controlled environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹47,459.73 per month
