**Summary**:
We are seeking a qualified and motivated ITI Fitter to join our team in the fast-paced sheet metal fabrication industry. You will play a vital role in supporting our production activities by assisting with the assembly, installation, maintenance, and repair of various sheet metal equipment and machinery.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the assembly and installation of new sheet metal machinery and equipment (e.g., laser cutters, bending machines, welding equipment).
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on sheet metal machinery, ensuring optimal performance and preventing downtime.
- Troubleshoot basic mechanical and electrical issues with sheet metal equipment, following established procedures.
- Assist with repairs of sheet metal machinery under the supervision of experienced technicians.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols at all times.
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery used in sheet metal fabrication (may require training).
- Assist with material handling and movement of sheet metal components within the production area.
- Follow all safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and others.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain clear and concise documentation of maintenance activities performed.
- May be required to learn and operate basic computer-controlled machinery (depending on company needs).

**Qualifications**:

- ITI Diploma in Fitter trade or a relevant technical qualification.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience working in a production environment (preferably sheet metal fabrication or a similar machine shop setting).
- Strong understanding of basic mechanical and electrical principles.
- Ability to operate and maintain basic hand tools and machinery.
- Experience with reading and interpreting mechanical drawings (a plus).
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Strong work ethic, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with production team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically fit and able to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
