We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer to join our team at Farmday Private Limited in Kerala. As a Sales Officer, you will play a key role in driving sales and achieving business objectives. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers while promoting our range of fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) products.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Sales Growth**:

- Achieve and exceed sales targets for FMCG products within the assigned territory.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales and market share.
- Effectively manage the sales funnel and ensure timely conversion of leads into actual sales.

**2. Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Conduct regular visits to clients to understand their needs and offer customized solutions.

**3. Product Knowledge**:

- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends in the FMCG industry.
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of our products.
- Provide product demonstrations and training as needed.

**4. Market Research**:

- Monitor competitors' activities and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback and market data to improve our product offerings.

**5. Sales Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documents to the management.

**6. Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the sales team, marketing team, and other departments to achieve common goals.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement sales strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for travel within the assigned territory.
- Knowledge of the local market in Malappuram, Kerala, and the surrounding areas.
