We are looking for JIRA Administrator to join our team.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Support Jira related issues reported by the Business.
- Administer and maintain Jira Software Server and Jira Confluence Server, as well as other related products.
- Manage global settings including users and groups, roles, global permissions, and schemes
- Create projects, sets up project permissions, and assign Jira project administrators
- Deep knowledge of the Jira platform to manage and create complex JIRA workflows, project workflows, custom fields, field configurations, screen schemes, permission schemes, and notification schemes.
- Implementation of simple scripts for business logic. (Script Runner, JSU Automation).
- Proactively plan and implement upgrades for the Atlassian product suite and related plugins and provide user management support to ~800 local and remote users.
- Jira plugin management
- System integration experience, JIRA integration preferred

**Who you are**:

- At least 2 years of similar experience
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Experience with JIRA Query Language (JQL)
- General scripting knowledge
- Create, manage, and support on how to leverage Atlassian APIs for users to automate manual processes, implement business processes and extract data for reporting and analytics purposes
- Experience working in the Agile development process and good understanding of various phases of Software Development Lifecycle
- Ability to communicate, written and verbal, with technical and non-technical cross-functional teams.
- Design queries within JIRA, troubleshoot issues, perform bulk changes and uploads, and create documentation when necessary.
- Strong time management skills including work planning, prioritization, and organization with an ability to multi-task.
