Answering calls and explaining services offered by the company.
- Contacting existing clients as well as new clients.
- Collecting clients’ information and other relevant data.
- Asking questions to the customer and understanding their requirements.
- Resolving queries and issues related to services.
- Making recordings of all the sales phone calls and sales deals.
- Dealing with clients in a professional manner.
- Maintaining the database of customers on a regular basis.
- **Suggesting solutions based on customers’ needs and requirements.**

**Requirements**:

- 0-1 year of work experience as a Telecaller, or similar role in the Sales Department. (Freshers can also apply)
- Great interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a team or individually when required.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹12,000.10 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jalandhar, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- tele sales: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
