**The below mentioned Roles and Responsibilities are required**:
**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years in telecalling, sales, or customer support (preferably in travel/tourism).
- Minimum 12th pass or higher.
- Excellent Written and verbal communication in English (other regional languages are a plus).
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of trekking and adventure tourism.
- Basic computer skills.
- Friendly, customer-focused, and result-driven attitude.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain trekking packages, itineraries, and offers.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about trekking destinations, difficulty levels, costs, and inclusions.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into bookings.
- Maintain a database of customer inquiries and update booking records.
- Address customer concerns and resolve queries in a professional manner.
- Keep up-to-date with trekking trends, destinations, and seasonal offers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (required)

**Experience**:
