Job Description:

We are looking for female telecallers who can handle inbound and outbound calls professionally. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to convert leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain customer databases and call records.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain good relationships with clients.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead generation and follow-ups.

Requirements:

  • Only female candidates should apply.
  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.
  • Freshers Graduates are welcomed.
  • Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, etc.).
  • Positive attitude, confidence, and good convincing power.
  • Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹20,000.00 per month
