**Job Overview**:
The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) is responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and execution of the organization’s marketing, advertising, and branding initiatives. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CMO's primary responsibility is to drive growth through customer acquisition, retention, and engagement while aligning marketing strategies with business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership**
- Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and goals.
- Lead brand development and positioning to enhance market presence and equity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and operations, to ensure cohesive strategies.

**Digital and Growth Marketing**
- Drive digital transformation by implementing advanced marketing technologies (e.g., AI, analytics tools, CRM systems).
- Identify new market opportunities and target customer segments to expand market share.

**Team Management**
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Establish KPIs to evaluate marketing performance and ensure the team meets objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with external agencies, partners, and vendors.

**Brand and Communications**
- Create and maintain a consistent brand identity across all customer touchpoints.
- Oversee public relations, media relations, and crisis communication strategies.
- Manage thought leadership initiatives, ensuring the company is positioned as an industry leader.

**Market Research and Analytics**
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform strategies.
- Monitor trends and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Analyze campaign performance data and generate actionable insights to optimize ROI.

**Education & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in senior marketing roles, with a proven track record of driving growth.
- Experience in digital marketing, brand management, and customer analytics.

**Skills & Competencies**
- Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Proficiency in marketing technologies and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, Salesforce).
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- 10+ years of experience in senior marketing roles, with a proven track record of driving growth.
- Experience in digital marketing, brand management, and customer analytics.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹27,144.41 - ₹100,069.02 per month
