We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Marketing Officer to lead our efforts in branding, outreach, and student acquisition. This is a key leadership role focused on driving growth, enhancing visibility, and establishing Excellencia as a top choice for aspiring students and their families.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Chief Marketing Officer with a proven background in the education industry. The role involves developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to build the brand, generate leads, and drive admissions across all branches.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and run marketing campaigns (digital, ATL & BTL) to boost student enrollments

Oversee digital activities including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and website updates

Coordinate with academic and operations teams for events like seminars, webinars and scholarship drives

Monitor and support marketing activities across all branches

Lead expansion efforts by identifying new markets and planning marketing for new branch launches

Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to improve marketing strategies

Lead and guide the marketing team to achieve goals

Required Qualifications:

MBA from a reputed institute

Minimum 10 years of experience in educational marketing, preferably in the online EdTech platform/ +2/ Junior Colleges segment or a closely related field

Proven record of driving admissions growth through effective marketing strategies
