Job Title: Shoot Coordinator

Salary - Varies/ Depends as per the project

**Responsibilities**:
1. Plan and coordinate all aspects of photo and video shoots, ensuring smooth execution from concept to completion.

2. Collaborate with creative teams to understand project requirements and objectives.

3. Organise and schedule talent, crew, and equipment, considering logistics and timelines.

4. Secure necessary permits, locations, and props for each shoot.

5. Oversee on-set activities, directing the team to achieve the desired outcomes.

6. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the shoot.

7. Maintain effective communication between all stakeholders involved in the project.

8. Manage budgets and resources efficiently to optimise project outcomes.

9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance the quality of productions.

10. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and ethical standards throughout the shooting process.

11. Post shoot coordination of shortlisted images

12. Selecting and setting timelines for edited images and videos

13. Creating folders in HO drive for easy access

14. Coordination for lookbooks/ catalogues design, sampling and development.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per week
