Job Description: Client Servicing, Film Shoot Production & Social Media (Female Applicant Apply)

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years

Industry Preference: Entertainment, TV, Film Agencies or PR / Digital Agency only

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong client coordination skills — ability to understand client briefs end-to-end and ensure timely execution.

  • Experience working with digital influencers, TV/film talent, and managing their deliverables.

  • Passionate about client servicing and building strong relationships with both existing and new clients.

  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and current trends in digital entertainment.

  • Excellent knowledge of production processes – including planning, organizing, and executing shoots.

  • Ability to handle shoot coordination end-to-end:

→ Planning shoot timelines

→ Coordinating with talent/influencers

→ Booking crew, locations, equipment

→ Overseeing on-ground execution

→ Managing post-production timelines

  • Coordinating between clients, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure smooth delivery of projects.

  • Efficient data and content management – storage, tracking, and retrieval of production and client files.

  • Support all areas of production – before, during, and after shoots.

  • Supervise and manage the production team – directors, editors, writers, stylists, and other staff.

  • Handle administrative tasks related to ongoing productions.

Required Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Organised, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven

  • Strong understanding of brands, agency workings, and the entertainment industry

  • Should be proactive, solution-oriented, and a team player

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
