We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a **Content Quality & Shoot Coordinator**. The role requires overseeing video shoots, ensuring content accuracy (pronunciation, clarity, and delivery), and coordinating effectively with the camera team and editors.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be present during video shoots to monitor pronunciation, clarity, and content accuracy.
- Provide real-time feedback to presenters/anchors during recording sessions.
- Coordinate with the camera person to ensure smooth shoot execution.
- Work closely with video editors to maintain quality and consistency of the final output.
- Maintain a shoot schedule and ensure timely completion of recordings.
- Assist in basic script reviews to ensure correctness before shoots.
- Act as a point of contact between content, production, and editing teams.

**Requirements**:

- Strong command over English (and/or regional language if applicable).
- Attention to detail with an ear for pronunciation and grammar.
- Prior experience in video production, teaching, or content quality will be an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
