Job Description: Client Servicing, Film Shoot Production & Social Media (Female Applicant Apply)
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years
Industry Preference: Entertainment, TV, Film Agencies or PR / Digital Agency only
Key Responsibilities:
Strong client coordination skills — ability to understand client briefs end-to-end and ensure timely execution.
Experience working with digital influencers, TV/film talent, and managing their deliverables.
Passionate about client servicing and building strong relationships with both existing and new clients.
Deep understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and current trends in digital entertainment.
Excellent knowledge of production processes – including planning, organizing, and executing shoots.
Ability to handle shoot coordination end-to-end:
→ Planning shoot timelines
→ Coordinating with talent/influencers
→ Booking crew, locations, equipment
→ Overseeing on-ground execution
→ Managing post-production timelines
Coordinating between clients, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure smooth delivery of projects.
Efficient data and content management – storage, tracking, and retrieval of production and client files.
Support all areas of production – before, during, and after shoots.
Supervise and manage the production team – directors, editors, writers, stylists, and other staff.
Handle administrative tasks related to ongoing productions.
Required Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Organised, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
Strong understanding of brands, agency workings, and the entertainment industry
Should be proactive, solution-oriented, and a team player
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
