**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Media Planner at Prachar Communications Pvt. Ltd. The Assistant Media Planner will be responsible for media planning, media strategy development, utilizing analytical skills, effective communication, and exploring new media opportunities on a day-to-day basis.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive media plans based on audience insights and market trends.
- Utilize BARC software for audience measurement and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and creative, to align media strategies with overall campaign goals.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of media campaigns, providing recommendations for optimization.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify new opportunities for client campaigns.
- Prepare and present media proposals to clients, showcasing strategic insights and recommendations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- 2-3 years of experience in media planning, preferably within an advertising agency.
- Proficiency in BARC software and other audience measurement tools (e.g., IRS/TGI).

**Skills**:

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting targets.

**Working Conditions**:
