**Role Overview**:
A Social Media Planner Intern is sought to assist with the scheduling and publishing of content across various platforms. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about social media.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Scheduling & Publishing**: Posts are to be planned, scheduled, and published across platforms using tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Buffer.
- **Content Coordination**: Close collaboration with designers and content creators will ensure posts align with brand messaging.
- **Post Optimization**: Captions, hashtags, and visuals will be formatted for maximum engagement.
- **Engagement & Monitoring**: Post performance will be tracked, comments/messages responded to, and insights provided.
- **Trend Research**: Social media trends and algorithm changes will be monitored to refine content strategies.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is either being pursued or has recently been completed.
- **Skills**: Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools is required.
- **Organization**: Strong organizational and time-management skills are essential.
- **Knowledge**: A basic understanding of social media analytics is necessary.
- **Mindset**: A proactive, detail-oriented, and creative approach is expected.
