Famepilot is an AI/ML-powered cloud platform for businesses and brands to monitor and manage their customers' feedback across all online (search, listing, social, review sites, and online surveys) and offline (on-premise survey, kiosk, on tablets, and paper forms) channels. Businesses of any size, from 1 location to 10,000+ locations can utilize the platform to uplift their customer experience, engagement, and reputation. We gather real-time ratings & reviews and convert them into actionable insights for businesses using an AI-based recommendation engine.

**Requirements**:
1. Responding on Brand's social media Handles
2. Working on the preparation of Weekly and Monthly ORM reports
3. Handling Famepilot Dashboard for review replies
4. Data Annotation of social media post and reviews in Famepilot Dashboard

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
