Role Overview

We're hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist who understands the nuances of growing a SaaS product in a dynamic, automation-first world. You'll be responsible for executing performance-driven campaigns across digital channels - with a strong focus on SaaS growth strategies, social media, email marketing, and online reputation management (ORM).

If you're someone who can turn strategy into execution, who lives in Zapier, Make, n8n, and uses ChatGPT to ideate and personalize at scale, you'll thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• SaaS Growth Campaigns: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns tailored to TexAu's ideal customer profile (ICP), focusing on lead acquisition, nurturing, and conversion.
• Email Marketing & Automation: Build targeted campaigns using automation tools, drip sequences, and personalized messaging. Leverage tools like Zapier, Make, n8n, and TexAu to optimize delivery and engagement.
• Social Media Marketing: Own and grow TexAu's presence across LinkedIn, Twitter, and emerging platforms. Share value-driven content, build relationships, and engage meaningfully with our community.
• Content Marketing: Create and repurpose high-performing content (blogs, landing pages, emails, microcopy) that educates and converts. Use ChatGPT to scale personalized content at speed.
• Online Reputation Management (ORM): Monitor brand mentions across review sites, social platforms, and communities. Engage, respond, and manage perception with empathy and strategic communication.
• Marketing Automation: Design and manage workflows to automate repetitive tasks, streamline lead handoffs, and measure campaign effectiveness using tools like HubSpot, Pipedrive, or your own automation stacks.
• Community Engagement: Participate in growth, SaaS, and automation communities. Build a network and bring insights back to the team to influence product and messaging.
• Performance Reporting: Track KPIs, generate insights, and iterate fast. Use data to double down on what works and pivot from what doesn't.

Required Skills & Experience

• SaaS Marketing Experience: 2–5 years in digital marketing with a B2B SaaS company. You understand funnels, LTV, CAC, and SaaS metrics.
• Automation Tools Fluency: Hands-on experience with Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar. You've built or collaborated on marketing workflows using these tools.
• Strong Content & Copy Skills: You can write persuasive, clear, and engaging content for SaaS users at different stages of the funnel.
• Social Media Savvy: Proven experience running organic campaigns, growing followers, and engaging communities, especially on LinkedIn and X.
• Email Marketing Pro: You've built, segmented, and optimized email campaigns with tools like ConvertKit, HubSpot, or
• ORM Experience: You're proactive in managing brand sentiment and know how to handle negative feedback constructively and professionally.
• Growth Mindset: You're a self-starter who loves testing new ideas, tools, and messaging. You care more about results than vanity metrics.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of vibe marketing — you know how to go beyond product specs and create emotional resonance with users.
• Experience working with TexAu or similar tools.
• Familiarity with community-led growth and customer education initiatives.
• Comfortable using ChatGPT or AI tools for marketing operations, copywriting, or lead research.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (not mandatory if experience proves capability).

Pay: ₹28, ₹35,000.00 per month
