Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

✔ Strategize & Execute Marketing Campaigns - Lead all national and international marketing initiatives aligned with brand goals.

✔ Content, Design & Web Oversight - Provide creative direction and quality checks for content writing, graphic design, website design/development, and ORM efforts.

✔ Lead Generation & Sales Support - Develop campaigns that generate high-quality leads to support the business development team.

✔ Brand Management - Establish a unified and compelling brand presence across all channels.

✔ Team Mentorship - Guide and support junior marketing, design, and digital staff with best practices and hands-on insights.

✔ Market Research & Innovation - Analyze industry trends, competitor activity, and new tools to keep marketing strategies ahead of the curve.

✔ Performance Monitoring & Reporting - Track KPIs, campaign ROI, and funnel analytics to optimize outcomes.

Who We’re Looking For

Minimum 0.5-1 years of progressive experience in marketing leadership.

Proven hands-on skills in graphic design, content writing, WordPress or similar website platforms, and online reputation management.

Strong understanding of B2B marketing and lead generation.

Excellent leadership, collaboration, and project management skills.

Creative thinker with analytical acumen and a results-oriented approach.

Prior experience managing in-house teams or freelancers across digital functions.
